Divisional STI Directories

The NSW STI Divisional Directories are intended as an easy to access resource identifying the STI Services within each of the 33 NSW Divisions.

These Directories were developed in March 2010 and so the information contained within the Directories is correct to the best of our knowledge as of that date.

Each Directory contains:

information on how to contact the NSW Sexual Health Infoline - this is a phone hotline which is contactable Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm;
the name of the Division on which the Directory information is based;
the name of the Area Health Service in which the Division is located;
the Public Health Unit (PHU) to which the Division general practices will refer. Please note that in some cases the PHU is not located within Divisional boundaries;
the public Sexual Health Clinics located within the Divisional boundaries. Please note that in some Divisions there are no public Sexual Health Services;
the suburbs within the Divisional boundaries where there is a general practitioner (GP). The GP number is a headcount for that suburb and does not indicate the number of practices or whether the GP is part-time or full-time. Note: Suburbs without a GP have note been documented;
the identification and location of the Aboriginal Medical Services within the Divisional boundaries; and
the identification and location of the public hospitals within the Divisional boundaries.
